Fruits Cake Recipe
Ingredients for Chocolate Banana Roll Cake;

2 medium bananas
50 grams of grated white chocolate
1/2 cup ganache
For pastry cream:
1 tablespoon (wipe) starch
3 glasses of milk
2 egg yolks
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 vanilla stick (split and stripped of seeds
2 tablespoons (wipe) flour
For the sponge cake:

5 eggs
1 glass of granulated sugar
1 packet of baking powder
1-2 drops of lemon juice
1 glass of flour
3 tablespoons of cocoa
Preparation of;
For the sponge cake:

Break all the eggs into a deep bowl, add the powdered sugar and beat. Then add the cocoa and flour and continue whisking.

Add the baking powder to the mixture, squeeze the lemon juice and mix.

Pour the cake mixture into the oiled baking tray as a thin strip and bake in the oven heated to 180 degrees for 9 minutes.

For the cream:

In a saucepan, mix the seeds of the milk and vanilla stick over low heat and bring it to a slightly warm consistency.

In another bowl, mix the egg yolks, sugar, flour and starch thoroughly. Then, take a scoop of the milk mixture you have prepared and add it to this mixture.

Then pour the milk and egg mixture over the milk in the saucepan and cook on low heat, stirring, until it becomes thick. When the consistency of the mixture is ready, remove it from the heat and let it cool for half an hour.

Apply the cream you have prepared on the base of the sponge. After decorating it with bananas, wrap your greasy cake in greaseproof paper and rest for an hour in the refrigerator. Then apply the chocolate ganache and let it rest for another fifteen minutes.

Finally, you can make your cake ready for service with white chocolate.
