How to prepare bread with garlic

6 servings
25 g soft butter
1 tablespoon of chopped scallions
1 tablespoon of crushed garlic
1 pinch of salt
Less black pepper
180 g of white flour
3 g salt (about 1 dessert spoon)
1 pinch of granulated sugar
4 g dry yeast (about 1.5 teaspoons)
100 ml of warm milk
1 egg
15 g soft butter
60 gr mozzarella
40 gr cheddar
Chopped scallions and some cheese
Mix flour, salt, sugar yeast and egg. Add 15 g of soft butter and start mixing by hand or with a spatula. Dough is sticky, do not add flour.
After 5 minutes, the dough will begin to gather. At this stage, knead and knead for 5 more minutes without pressing.
Put the dough in a bowl, cover it with a damp cloth and let it rise for 45 – 60 minutes.
Take the dough on a floured counter and lightly flour it and fold it two or three times with gentle movements. Cover with a damp cloth where it is and let it rest for 10 more minutes.
Meanwhile, mix 25 grams of butter, garlic, salt, black pepper and fresh onion thoroughly and set aside.
Lightly flour the top of the dough and roll it into a 20 by 20 cm square.
