Mix warm water, granulated sugar and dried yeast in a small bowl and let it sit for 10 minutes.

Carefully place the rolled out dough on baking trays one by one. Spread the tomato sauce, which smells of thyme, with a scoop, starting from the middle of the pizza and towards the edges. Do not forget to leave a margin of about one finger thickness on the edges.

Spread the grated mozzarella cheese evenly over the pizzas. Bake in a preheated oven at 250 degrees for about 15 minutes until the cheese melts and turns brown.

Sprinkle the basil leaves on the pizzas that come out of the oven. After slicing, share it with your loved ones without waiting for the cheese to grow.
