Mushroom bacon ravioli:
750 grams of ravioli,
200 grams of sliced bacon,
2 spoonful butter,
400 grams of cultivated mushrooms,
1/2 bunch of basil, salt, black pepper.
1- Boil RAVIOLI in salted water for 8-10 minutes, then drain and set aside.
2- In a large pan, melt the butter. Add finely chopped mushrooms and bacon slices and start sautéing over high heat. Add the ravioli and mix before you cook the mushroom juice without releasing it and take it off the stove.
3- Finally, add finely chopped basil leaves, salt and black pepper and mix. Take it from the stove and serve.
