You can easily prepare colorful macarons at home.
75 grams of egg whites (stale)
75 grams of powdered almonds
150 grams of powdered sugar (if possible without additives)
30 grams of regular granulated sugar
10 grams of unsweetened cocoa
100 grams of milk chocolate
100 grams of cream
First with cream making start work. Put the liquid cream in the sauce pan. When it comes to boiling, add the chocolates. Stir over low heat until the chocolates are melted and smooth. Put the cream in the cupboard and it will turn into a very cream.
To make macaroons, take the egg whites in a bowl and add salt to a pinch. On the low setting of the mixer, start whisking. When foaming occurs, add sugar at least 5 times. You can separate half of the material and add paint to half. Pass the almonds, cocoa, and powdered sugar through the robot. Add half of it to merenge, the other half to the other in the same way.
Blend in slow movements, starting from the bottom, towards the top. Fill the macaron into the squeezing bag. Spread greaseproof paper on a baking tray and place it 3 cm apart. Wait for half an hour at room temperature and dry.
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees and bake for 10-15 minutes. Take it out of the oven, wait for it to cool, and pair. Spread cream (ganache) between them and leave for 1 day, then serve. When combined, 12-13 pairs of macarons come out of this size.
