Best Billet’s Cake – New Year Spirit

Dark chocolate flavor, orange flavor and new year spirit come together in a single roll. It turned out to be a wonderful flavor that you cannot get enough of. It comes to be a festivity to the palates with its stylish appearance and soft taste.
30 minutes
350 grams of chocolate
350 grams of cream
1 orange zest
For the cake:
4 eggs
1 glass of granulated sugar
1 pack of vanilla
1 pack of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 glass of flour
For the cake:
Whisk the eggs, sugar, salt and vanillin for 5 minutes until they are well white. Sift the flour and baking powder and add them with a spatula.

Place baking paper on your baking tray and spread the dough on it. Bake in a 180 degree hot oven for 25-30 minutes.

Test toothpick should be dry. After 5 minutes, roll the dough into a thin cloth and remove the baking paper. Shape the dough into a roll with the cloth and refrigerate it for 1 hour.

For the cream:
Take the cream into the pan and grate the orange peel into it. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and melt the chocolate in it. Refrigerate for 30-40 minutes.

Its consistency should be like pastry cream. Whisk the ganache in the mixer.

Merge stage:
Roll out the cooled rolled cake and spread half the cream over the entire base. Roll it up.
Spread the remaining cream on it.

Cut a piece off the tip. Place this piece where you want the cake and roll it up with cream. Garnish with powdered sugar, pomegranate and rosemary.
