Chocolate New Year’s cake


1 egg
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. fresh milk
½ tsp. oil
1 baking powder
2 tsp. flour
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 vanilla
40g. chocolate melted in a water
syrup:
1 tsp. fresh milk
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon instant coffee

Cream: for cream:
fresh milk – 1 liter
eggs – 4 pcs.
fine white flour – 4 tbsp.
sugar – 500 g
cocoa – 4 tbsp.
vanilla – 4 packets of
butter – 100 g.

Glaze:
100 g. Milk chocolate
100g. White chocolate
125g. Kr. Butter

For decoration:
1 packet of dry sweet cream
fresh milk for the preparation and according to the instructions on the package
crocan
Bake two marshmallows, which we cut with floss or a sharp knife after they cool. Put 1 loaf in a cake tin with a removable ring, syrup and cream. So until we spread the third loaf with cream. Break the last loaf on top and leave it in the fridge to harden overnight. After removing the cake from the mold, melt the two chocolates in a water bath, adding 1/2 packet of butter to each and decorate the cake on top. Spread cream on the side of the cake and sprinkle with crocan.
