Gingerbread with nuts and blackcurrant jam

Gingerbread with nuts and blackcurrant jam – Very aromatic, fragrant cinnamon, soft and moist gingerbread with nuts, raisins and blackcurrant jam. No honey. The dough consists of basic ingredients that can be found in the kitchen at any time. Preparation is simple and quick (we mix the ingredients in the right order). Perfect for Christmas. Perfect for everyday coffee. I recommend! Portion for 2 oblong gingerbread molds 11×30 cm.
2 cups of flour
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 teaspoon of cocoa
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of milk
1/2 cup of oil
3 eggs
1/2 jar of black currant jam
Italian nuts
Mix the flour with cinnamon, soda and cocoa. Add sugar, milk, oil and eggs and mix again. Finally, add the currant jam and mix again. Sprinkle raisins and nuts with a little flour and add to the dough. Mix everything again. Pour the dough into a baking sheet lined with baking paper (2 oblong). Bake for about 1 hour at 175 – 180 degrees C. After it has cooled down, you can pour chocolate glaze over it.
