Recipe for cooking lamb cutlets with feta, garlic, green onions, shrimps and pine nuts on the grill
This recipe will give you avored homemade burgers, especially if you are hosting a barbecue party.
They can be served with a bun and salad, so that the dish is not only tasty, but also satisfying.

minced mutton – 450 grams
Feta – 225 Gram
Garlic – 2 Cloves
Green Onions – 6 Pieces
Shrimp – 85 Grams
Pine nut kernels – 25 grams
Rosemary – 1 Tbsp. the spoon
Breadcrumbs – 55 Grams
Sunflower oil – 1 tbsp. the spoon
Salt and Pepper – – To taste
Crumble feta. Crush the garlic in a garlic press.
Finely chop the green onion. Fry the pine nuts.
Finely chop the rosemary. Place all ingredients
except the rosemary in a large bowl and mix well,
breaking up any large lumps of minced lamb that
you come across. Then add rosemary, salt and
pepper to a bowl of minced lamb.
- Shape the minced meat into cutlets, cover and
let cool in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- On a preheated charcoal grill place lightly oiled
cutlets and cook on hot coals for 4 minutes
without turning. Turn patties over, brush again
with sunower oil and cook for another 4
minutes or until patties are done.
- Serve immediately. Optionally, serve the
patties in a burger bun, seasoned with ketchup
and mustard, or with salad.
