Tradicionalni fispaprikas

Potrebno:
– 1kg soma i šarana
– 1,3 l vode
– 2 dl belog vina
– 500 g luka
– 3 čena belog luka
– kašika slatke crvene paprike
– 1-2 ljute papričice ili feferone
– so i biber

Priprema:
Ribu očistite i isecite na komade. Na vrućem ulju propržite naseckan luk. Dodajte naseckan beli luk, slatku papriku, čili i biber pa sve zalijte vodom. Kad provri, dodajte na komade iseckanu ribu, belo vino pa sve lagano kuvajte.
