Supa od kostiju

Potrebno:
– 500gr svinjskih kostiju
– malo svinjskog mozga
– 1 kašika masti
– 1 list celera
– malo korena celera i peršuna
– 2-3 šargarepe
– 1/2 crnog luka
– 4-5 zrna bibera
– 2l mlake vode
– so
– rezanci za supu

Priprema:
U dublji tiganj staviti 1 kašiku masti da se ugrije, pa dodaju kosti, list celera, malo sitno iseckanog korena celera i peršuna, 2-3 na kolutove isečene šargarepe, iseckan crni luk i koje zrno bibera. Sve se to dobro isprži na masti i stavi u 2 litre mlake vode da lagano kuva. Posoliti i kuvati 2 sata. U ovako pripremljenu supu ukuvati rezance.
