Stratacela kolac

Kora:
– 2 jaja
– 3 kasike secera
– 2 kasikebrasna
– 1 kasika kakao praha
– 1 soljica kuvane kafe

Fil:
– 500ml slatke pavlake
– 100g gotovih puslica
– 100g mlevenih lesnjaka
– 100g krupino rendane cokolade
– 2 kesice vanilin secera

Priprema:
Umutiti belanca, dodati secer i zumanca, jedno po jedno. Dobro ujednaciti.Zatim dodati brasno i kakao izjednaciti masu, istresti u vec pripremljen i podmazan pleh.Pleh sa smesom staviti u vec zagrejanu rernu i peci na temperaturi 180 C, 20tak min.
Kada je biskvit pecen preliti skuvanom kafom.Slatku pavlaku umutiti u cvrst slag, dodati vanilin secer, cokoladu, lesnjake i zdrobljene puslice.Premazati preko biskvitne podloge i dobro, dobro ohladiti ukrasiti po sipstvenoj zelji.
