Posna sarma sa orasima

Potrebno:
– 20 listova kiselog kupusa
– 200gr šargarepe
– 50gr seckanih oraha
– 3 struka praziluka
– kašika aleve paprike
– 100gr pirinča
– začin, so, biber

Priprema:
Praziluk sitno iseckati i staviti na ulje da se prži. Pirinač skuvati, oprati i ocediti. Dok se praziluk prži, dodati narendanu šargarepu, začin, so, biber, pirinač, alevu papriku i sitno seckane orahe. Sve dobro izmešati, zatim uzimati po list kupusa, u svaki staviti pripremljenu masu i savijati male sarme. Tako pripremljene sarme složiti u zemljanu posudu i kuvati na tihoj vatri oko jedan sat.
