Posna sarma

Potrebno:
– 30 listova blitve
– 100g pirinča
– 1 veza peršuna
– 1,5 dl ulja
– ½ L bistre supe
– so i biber po ukusu

Priprema:
Pirinač propržite na ulju. Pobiberite i posolite.Dodajte sitno seckan peršun.Listove blitve poparite i odstranite korenje.
Punite pirinčom i oblikujte manje sarme. Poređajte u vatrostalnu činiju.
Prelijte supom. Poklopite. Pecite u pećnici 1 sat na200 stepeni.
Služiti toplo ili hladno.
