Peceni krompiri sa krompirom

Sastojci:
– 1,5 kg krompira
– 100 gr margarina
– so, susam (po želji)

Način pripreme:
Krompir oljuštiti i preseći napola. Tepsiju premazati margarinom, pa naređati krompire, tako da neravna površina bude odozdo. Posoliti i posuti susamom.
Na svaki kompir staviti po malo margarina i peći 1 sat na 200 stepeni. Veoma su ukusni, a deca ih veoma vole. Idealan su dodatak uz meso ili ribu.
