Krem supa od cvekle

Sastojci:
– 4 kuvane cvekle
– 1 glavica crnog luka
– 1 kašika margarina
– 1 l bujona od povrća
– 350 ml slatke pavlake
-so, biber (po ukusu)

Ostali materijal:
– 2 kašike oljuštenih i iseckanih badema

Priprema:
Na zagrejanom margarinu malo propržiti iseckan luk i cveklu. Dodati, so, biber, bujon i 200 ml umućene pavlake (promešati). Na smanjenoj temperaturi kuvati 5 min., ispasirati i procediti kroz gustu cediljku. Dodati ostalu pavlaku (umućenu), promešati i uz iseckane bademe služiti.
P. S. Bademe staviti u tanjir i zaliti supom.
