Fileti soma (u rerni)


– 1 kg fileta soma
– 1 casa belog vina
– 1/2 case ulja
– zacin, so, beli luk… po zelji

Priprema:
filete poredjati u vatrostalnu ciniju, u casu pomesati ulje, vino i zacine, preliti preko da ogrezne i peci u rerni na 200 ‘C dok vino ne ispari i dok fileti ne porumene

Recept je proveren, nemojte se brinuti ako vam se ucini da vinu treba dugo da ispari, pred kraj se to sve dogodi za 15-tak minuta, i fileti dobiju divnu boju a jako su ukusni!
