Bogata supa

Sastojci:
– 300 g krompira
– 100 g pasulj
– 1 crveni luk
– 3 sargarepe
– 3 persunov list
– so, vegeta
– ulje

Priprema:
Pasulj skuvati uobičajeno u dve vode.
Luk, šargarepu i koren peršuna sitno iseckatii propržiti na ulju.
U vrelu vodu sa dodatkom vegete stavi se kuvani pasulj, izdinstano povrće, krompir isečen na kockice, biber i so po ukusu.

Sve se kuva još deset minuta.
Poslužiti posuto seckanim peršunovim listom.
