2 veća korena celera
veza rotkvica
4 kašike pavlake
1 kašičica limunovok soka
1 kašičica ulja
peršunov list

Celer oljuštite i skuvajte u slanoj vodi, a potom ga isecite na kocke i ostavite neko vreme da pusti suvišnu vodu. Rotkvice isecite na tenke kolutove, posolite i takođe ostavite da odstoje i puste sok.
Rotkve i celer ocedite stavite u činiju za salatu. Pavlaku razmutite sa uljem i limunovim sokom i vrlo malo soli, pa time prelijte salatu. Dobro promešajte i pospite odozgo seckani peršun. Pre služenja salatu ohladite.
