Ingredients:
2 cups strawberries
1 cup whipping cream
5 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Wash the strawberries and cut them in half.
- Sprinkle the sugar all over and let them sit for 5 minutes.
- Whip the cream until stiff peaks form and refrigerate for an hour.
- Add the strawberries to a plate and serve with a dollop of cream on the side.
