Salata “Tradicija”

400 g pileće jetre • 2 zelene jabuke • 1 šaka salate
• 1 šaka listova rikule • 2 češnja češnjaka • 1 žličica vinskog octa
• 2 žlice maslinovog ulja • crni papar • sol po ukusu
*Operite jetru, posolite i pirjajte dok ne omekša i stavite
ulja. Operite i osušite salatu. Jabuku bez
sjemena izrežite na kriške. Obložite jelo listovima zelene salate, stavite na vrh
miješanu pripremljenu jetru, jabuke
i rikolu, papar, prelijte smjesom preostalog ulja i octa.
