Salata od bakalara

400 g fileta bakalara • 6 ukiseljenih kornišona • 10-12 maslina
bez koštice • poriluk 8-10 cm • 1 žlica. žlica latica kikirikija
• 1 žlica. žlica maslinovog ulja • sok od ½ limuna • sol
Operite ribu, osušite je, izrežite na komade, posolite, prelijte sokom. Stavite na paru
20 minuta. Kornišone izrežite u krugove,
poriluk na kolutice. Kombinirajte s ribom, dodajte masline i orašaste plodove, začinite uljem.
