Salata “Crni biser”


1 kg fileta bakalara • ½ šalice crne leće • 1 ljutika
• 1 žličica senfa • 1 limun • 6 žlica. žlice maslinovog ulja • zelje
bosiljak • sol po ukusu
Stavite na podmazan pleh
file bakalara, tanke kriške limuna, sol, pokrijte lim folijom. Peći
dok ne omekša, nožem narežite na komade.
Leću skuhajte u slanoj vodi. U posudu za salatu stavite ribu, leću, nasjeckani luk i bosiljak. Začinite mješavinom maslinovog ulja, limunovog soka, senfa i soli.
