Torta od kukurznog brasna

– 5 jaja, 20 dkg secera, 15 dkg kukuruznog brasna
– kora od limuna, 2-3 kasike ruma
– 10 dkg marmelade od kajsija i malo secera u prahu za posipanje(nadjev)

Zumanca i secer se pjenasto umute, doda se izrendana kora od limuna, rum, brasno i na kraju snijeg od bjelanca. Smjesa se zatim stavi u zamascen i pobrasnjen kalup ili tepsiju i lagano pece. Kada se torta ohladi, razreze se, nadjene marmeladom i pospe secerom.net
