Patlidzani u maslinovom ulju

2 kg patlidzana
2 l vinskog octa/sirceta
3 dl maslinova ulja
so i cesnjak bijelog luka

Priprema:

Patlidzane operite i dobro osusite, pa narezite na ploske debljine 0,5 cm. U sirokoj posudi zakipite ocat i u njemu kuhajte patlidžane oko 5 min. Potom ih slozite u suhe staklenke, ostavite da se ohlade, prelijte dijelom ohladjena octa u kojem ste kuhali patlidzane. Dodajte sjeckani bijeli luk, pa na kraju zalijte maslinovim uljem i zatvorite. Moze stajati do 6 mjeseci.net
