Ukusan letnji recept sa patlidzanom

patlidzan se presjece ko krst al ne do kraja,paprike popolove
u serpi se izdinstat dosta luka i paradajza.tom smjesom se napune patlidzane,a ostatak se stavi izmedu patlidzana,na to se poredaju polovince paprika
sjedine se kisela pavlaka i vrhnje za kuhanje(ja umjesto vrhnja stavim domaci kajmak)prelije se preko toga i pece na 180 stepeni 30-40 minuta…net
