Chicken with lemon .. here is the Jamie Oliver style.. Before baking, squeeze a still-hot cooked lemon into the chicken and rub it on the outside and inside with a mixture of olive oil, sage, salt , pepper… The baking time is shorter than usual due to the heat of the lemon. First, boil the potatoes in salted water for about 10 minutes. Then shake them in the shallow container for draining the dough (because of the crust). Then throw them in hot olive oil in which you have put a lot of unpeeled pieces of garlic. Fry for about 2- 3 minutes and put it in the oven to bake.. If it is not salty at the end, sprinkle it with more coarse salt.. To me, this is much tastier than chicken and potatoes naturale..
