Fried Stuffed Peppers

Fried Stuffed Peppers are easy to prepare and they are very tasty.
Ingredients for 2 people:
Wash 10 large long peppers and put them in a pan to roast for a few minutes at a high temperature.
When they are baked, put them in a plastic bag for a few minutes, and when they cool down, peel them (they go in a plastic bag to make them easier to peel), clean them of seeds and fill with the next filling.
The filling:
Mix 2 packages of feta cheese, half of the sour cream and mash well with a fork….
Stuff the peppers with that filling…and arrange them on one plate to make it easier for you.
Roll the rolled peppers first in flour, then in 3 beaten eggs and finally in breadcrumbs.
Fry the peppers in hot oil until they are slightly brown. Place them on kitchen paper to drain the fat.
Serve it warm!
This recipe is great, my husband loves them and so do I… We can’t eat enough of those 10 peppers.
