>Na maslacu napraviti bešamel umak.U ukuhan umak dodati jedan dio 1/2 kg. svježih ,skuhanih gljiva.Kuhati ih na jakoj vatri mješajući drvenom žlicom.Pred posluživanje u umak dodati 2 žumanjka i ostatak od 1/2 kg. očišćenih i sitno iskosanih gljiva.Kad su gotove sipati ih u zdjelu i ukrasiti s par cjelih gljiva…
