INGREDIENTS: 2 cups pineapple, cubed 1 cup spinach, chopped 1 cup kale, chopped 1 cup grapes ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper 1000mg vitamin C 10mg vitamin B complex
DIRECTIONS: 1. Push the pineapple, spinach, kale, and grapes through the juicer. 2. Stir in the cayenne pepper, vitamin C, and vitamin B. 3. Serve immediately. LARRY Carrying around a heavy body caused exhaustion and fatigue. I never exercised and ate the typical American diet. I often had heartburn, prob- ably from sugar in sodas and bad food. It took some time to get used to drinking juices, but the explanations and respect shown to the people in the group made us enthusiastic. I began to feel the energy growing.
