MAKES: 3 cups INGREDIENTS: 2 cups extra virgin olive oil, 1 clove garlic, 2 teaspoons onion, grated ½ teaspoon dry mustard, ⅛ teaspoon pepper, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1 teaspoon sea salt, ¼ cup tomato juice, ¾ cup vinegar, 1 tablespoon egg replacer
DIRECTIONS: 1. Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. 2. Transfer to a tightly covered jar and store in the refrigerator.
