Basic Vinaigrette – The Healing Foods Cookbook

Basic Vinaigrette

MAKES: 1¼ cups

¼ cup balsamic vinegar or lemon juice
1 cup extra virgin olive oil, to taste
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
½ teaspoon sea salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper


  1. Whisk ingredients together.
  2. Drizzle dressing over salad before tossing.
  3. Serve immediately.

To date, I can happily report wonderful changes on Gary’s protocol. I
