Basic Vinaigrette
MAKES: 1¼ cups
INGREDIENTS:
¼ cup balsamic vinegar or lemon juice
1 cup extra virgin olive oil, to taste
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
½ teaspoon sea salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
DIRECTIONS:
- Whisk ingredients together.
- Drizzle dressing over salad before tossing.
- Serve immediately.
RUTH
To date, I can happily report wonderful changes on Gary’s protocol. I
lost 18 lbs, and my blood pressure returned to normal. My energy level
increased, and I am not sluggish after meals. Feeling and thinking in a
positive mode has increased my self-esteem; I feel good about myself. I
did not regain weight, because I am determined to continue the pro-
gram.
