Yellow soup

Yellow soup ingredients: 300 g of corn, a large onion, one potato, half a leek, 1 red pepper, 2 tablespoons of diced celery, a tablespoon of vegetable oil, 2 tablespoons of finely chopped parsley, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, pepper to taste , 2 tablespoons of flour and 2 cups of milk.

Preparation: heat oil in a pan, add celery, onion, and pepper and fry for about two minutes. Add the corn, potatoes cut into cubes, salt and pepper, then pour 5 cups of 2.5 dl water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat. Cook in a covered pan for about 10 minutes, so that the potatoes and other vegetables soften. Pour half a cup of milk into a small bowl, add the flour and whisk well, then slowly add it to the pot with the cooked vegetables, then add the remaining milk and finely chopped leeks. Cook, stirring constantly, until the broth boils and becomes thick. At the end, sprinkle with parsley and serve warm.

Home made cauliflower soup in a clay bowl

Cauliflower soup

You will need: – 1 – 2 liters of water – 1 medium-sized cauliflower – 2 large spoons of margarine – 2 large spoons of flour, – 1 bunch of parsley – salt – white pepper – lemon juice. Boil cauliflower in salted water, drain, tear into florets and set aside. Fry the margarine and flour so that the splatter is light in color. Add water and boil briefly. Add the cauliflower and cook for another 10 minutes. At the end, add pepper, salt, lemon juice and chopped parsley.
