Vegetable Broth from Leek Greens ingredients:
2 leeks, a bag of frozen vegetables,
a glass of cooked tomatoes, salt, pepper, vegetable seasoning,
oil, parsley leaf, 2 teaspoons of mustard.
Preparation:
Briefly fry the chopped white part of the leek in oil, add frozen vegetables and cooked tomatoes. Pour water and cook covered until the vegetables are soft. Season to taste with salt, pepper, mustard and parsley.

Mushroom soup ingredients:

250 grams of mushrooms; 400 grams of spinach; 1 onion; 2 spoons of flour; 1 liter of soy milk; oil, pepper, salt, dry seasoning.

Preparation:

Fry the finely chopped onion in the oil. Cut the mushrooms into leaves, add them to the onion, then fry until the liquid that the mushrooms release boils. Then add the flour and mix well. Slowly pour in the milk while stirring gently. Add the chopped spinach leaves, salt, pepper, add the dry seasoning and, stirring occasionally, cook for another ten minutes until the broth becomes creamy. If necessary, add a little water.
