HEALTHY AND LIGHT PIZZA ingredients for the dough:
- 100 grams of integral powder
- 1 bag of yeast
- 6 tablespoons of oil
- a pinch of salt
- 300 ml of lukewarm water
Ingredients for the filling:
- a few fresh tomatoes
- mozzarella cheese
- basil
- boiled chicken
- tomato sauce
Preparation:
After you have made the dough from flour, yeast, oil, salt and water, roll it out well and spread it on a baking sheet, then put it in the oven. Cover with sauce and add basil and mozzarella. Cook the chicken and cut it into small cubes and put it on the pizza. Put the circular cut tomatoes on top of everything.

1/4 cup milk, nonfat

Oatmeal Cake
Oatmeal Cake ingredients:
6 cups of oatmeal,
3 cups of sugar,
2 cups of flour,
2 cups of melted butter,
1/2 liter of milk,
2 cups raisins,
1 cup of chopped almonds,
1 teaspoon of cinnamon,
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder.
Preparation:
Mix all the dry ingredients. Add melted butter and mix. Mix in raisins and almonds. Put the dough (shaped with a spoon) on a greased pan and bake for 12-15 minutes at 200˚C.
