New Year’s cake

New Year’s cake, ingredients for the first crust:

Beat 10 egg whites with 10 spoons of powdered sugar, add:

  1. 100 g ground walnuts,
  2. 100 g chopped walnuts
  3. 100 g chopped cooking chocolate
  4. 100 g boiled (soaked in rum) raisins
  5. 1 crack for pastry
  6. 1 cup of cocoa

Mix all ingredients and bake in a large baking tray. When the crust is baked, take it out and cut it into two parts.

Filling:
beat 250 g of butter until foamy.
Beat 10 egg yolks with 200 g of powdered sugar, steam and add 3 chocolate bars. When it cools down, mix it with butter and fill the cake.
At the end, decorate it as desired with 2 cream slathers or chocolate glaze.
