SELENA’S APRICOT – BANANA CAKE

Selena’s apricot – banana cake ingredients for the crusts:
15 egg whites
15 spoons of sugar
3 bags of apricot pudding
Make five egg whites with five spoons of sugar; add one pudding powder and mix gently with a spoon.
Bake three crusts like that. (best in a square mold)

Cake filling:
Boil four apricot puddings in a liter of milk with 10 spoons of sugar. (can be more, if someone likes it sweeter)
When it cools down, add one margarine.

Frosting:
1/2 liter of sweet cream

Bananas about 2.5 kg and cut them lengthwise.

Stack: crust, filling, bananas cut lengthwise, sweet cream, crust……………
Finish with the crust and decorate the cake with sweet cream or whipped cream.
