Zucchini omelet ingredients:
4 eggs,
1 large zucchini,
8 tablespoons of milk,
salt, pepper,
flour as needed,
a little oil.
Preparation:
Clean, wash and cut the zucchini into thin slices.
Beat the eggs, add milk, salt, pepper and flour as needed.
Heat a tablespoon of oil in a small pan and place half of the zucchini next to each other on it. Fry briefly on both sides, then cover with half of the prepared egg mixture.
Bake on one side until the eggs are set, then turn the omelette over.
Prepare the second omelet in the same way.
