King Solomon’s Desert –

Part I:

Prepare a biscuit of 5 eggs.

Beat 5 egg yolks with 5 tablespoons of sugar until white, mix in 5 tablespoons of flour and snow from 5 egg whites (beaten with a little salt).

Before that

II.

Beat 4 egg yolks with 100 grams of sugar and cook – with 100 grams of white chocolate torn into cubes – in a water bath (steamed) until it thickens.

III. 

Beat 4 egg whites with 6 tablespoons of sugar and mix in 100 grams of chopped walnuts or hazelnuts.

King Solomon’s Desert final preparation:

Grease and flour a kugloff mold or pan and line it with parchment paper (like a double crouton in the culinary dictionary).

In the biscuit of 5 eggs (I), mix II and III, and mix in 100 grams of raisins.

Pour everything into a mold and bake at 200 degrees.

When it cools down, cut it and sprinkle it with a mixture of sifted powdered sugar and chocolate powder.
