Djul pita

Sastojci:

500 g tankih kora za pitu
300 g oraha
kesica pudinga od vanile
3 dcl mleka ili vode
400 g secera, limun
vanilin secer
na vrh noza cimeta
150 g margarina

Priprema:

Skuvati puding u mleku ili vodi, prohladiti, dodati mlevene orahe, vanilin secer i cimet.
Po cetiri kore, jednu po jednu prskati vrelim buterom ili uljem sa malo vruce vode i redjati jednu preko druge.
Trecinu gornje kore premazati filom a zatim uviti u rolat i seci komade 3 cm. Komade redjati u podmazan pleh i ispeci u dobro zagrejanoj pecnici. (oko 200B0C)
Skuvati sirup od secera i vode (500 g secera i 1 l vode prokuvati 10-15 min) i vrucu pitu preliti sirupom.
