White chicken soup ingredients:
1 piece of chicken back meat
1 medium onion
1 package of frozen vegetables for Russian salad (potatoes, peas, carrots)
1/4 l of milk
1 glass of sour cream
1 egg
1 teaspoon of mustard
3 spoons of density
salt, pepper and spices to taste
3 liters of water
1 tablespoon of oil
Method of preparation
Fry finely chopped onion in oil, then add vegetables. Add the meat and pour water over it. After 35 minutes, remove the back and remove the meat from it, then return it to the pot. Season with salt and pepper.
Stir the mixture (you can also use flour) in water and boil the broth. Remove the pot from the heat and in the meantime prepare the seasoning for the broth. Break the egg with a fork, add mustard, sour cream, dry seasoning and milk. Season the broth and serve.
