Chicken paprikash

Chicken paprikash ingredients:

1 whole chicken, – 1 onion,
– 2-3 green peppers,
– 2 tomatoes,
– 100 grams of sour cream,
– 150 g of mushrooms,

– 1 spoonful of ground red pepper (can be a little spicy),
– 1 spoonful of flour,
– 3 cloves of garlic,
– 1 tablespoon of oil,
– 1 spoonful of dried spices,
pepper,
salt.

Chicken paprikash method of preparation:

Clean, wash and cut the chicken into smaller pieces and add salt. Chop the onion and garlic, cut the washed mushrooms into leaves, the pepper into rings, and the tomato (peeled) into cubes. Fry the onion briefly in a little oil, remove from the stove, add ground red pepper and stir a little. Add the chicken and fry it on all sides, then mushrooms, paprika, garlic, pepper and dry spices. Simmer covered (without adding water) on low heat for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. When the meat is almost tender, add the tomato. Mix the flour and cream with about 1 dl of water, stir into the paprika and let everything boil for a while. As a side dish with this dish, serve wide noodles and, if desired, a salad.
