Chocolate Mousse ingredients:
– 500 g cooking chocolate
– 0.5 l sweet cream
-150 g powdered sugar
– 100 g hazelnuts
– rum
– sliced almonds for sprinkling
Chocolate Mousse method of preparation
Tear the chocolate into a bowl and pour enough water to cover it. Place the bowl in a hot oven to melt the chocolate. Then mix it and wait for it to cool down. Add toasted, coarsely ground hazelnuts, sugar and half a deciliter of rum to the sugar, beat the cream and add to the mass. Let the finished mass cool in the refrigerator for 2 hours. You can serve it with sweet cream and sprinkled with almonds.
