Spaghetti napolitana – you need: 120 g of spaghetti, a small onion, a clove of garlic, celery root, carrot, basil and rosemary, tomato sauce, salt and pepper to taste. Wash, clean and cut the vegetables into cubes. First fry the onion, carrot and celery in olive oil and when soft add the garlic, parsley, rosemary and tomato sauce. Simmer everything together for about 10 minutes. Cook the spaghetti and pour the sauce over it.
Spaghetti with hot sauce – you need: 350 g of spaghetti, 100 g of smoked bacon, 2-3 pepperoni, 2 cloves of garlic, onion, deciliter of red wine, parsley leaves, 400 g of tomatoes, 70 g of hard cheese, olive oil or plain , so. Clean and cut the garlic and onion. Fry in oil, together with bacon cut into cubes. Add the wine and stir at a low temperature until all the liquid evaporates. Mix tomatoes and pepperoni and stew for about 15 minutes. If the sauce is not spicy enough, add pepper if desired. Add salt, chopped parsley, grated cheese and cooked and drained spaghetti.

Summer spaghetti with chicken sauce

Spaghetti with chicken sauce – you need: six small tomatoes, 500 g of chicken, 400 g of mushrooms, a few sage leaves, a small onion, 2 cloves of garlic, 70 g of butter, 180 g of melted cheese, sour cream, 1.5 dl of white wine, oil, salt, pepper. Clean, cut the mushrooms, then fry them in oil with chopped garlic and onion. Separately cut the chicken into cubes and fry in butter. At a low temperature, mix the sour cream with the remaining butter and melted cheese to get a thick sauce. Then put the chicken, mushrooms, sage, 1.5 dl of white wine in the sauce, add salt and pepper. Cook spaghetti in salted water, strain and cover with sauce.

Summer spaghetti with bacon and cream

Spaghetti with bacon and cream – you need: 400 g of spaghetti, 100 g of smoked bacon, 100 g of ham, an onion, a clove of garlic, a spoonful of spices, 4 eggs, sour cream, a little olive oil, salt, pepper, parsley and Parmesan cheese desire.

Fry chopped onion in olive oil, add chopped bacon, ham and garlic, then sauté everything a little over low heat. Cook the spaghetti and when it’s ready, drain it and add it to the fried bacon and ham and fry everything together a little. Beat the cream with the eggs, add salt, pepper and spices as needed and a little grated cheese. Pour the mixture over the spaghetti, mix gently and pour into a suitable container. If desired, sprinkle with parmesan and parsley leaves and serve while warm.
