Chicken Croquettes

Chicken Croquettes ingredients:

500 grams of chicken white meat,
5 spoons of boiled rice,
2 eggs,
1 leek,
2 spoons of flour,
1/2 baking powder,
pepper,
spice mix,
To fry,
breadcrumbs,
2 eggs,
flour,
oil for frying.
 
Preparation:
Chop the chicken briefly and grind it. Finely chop the leek, then add to the meat and combine.
Add 5 spoons of boiled rice, 2 eggs, pepper and spices to taste and mix everything again.
Mix in 2 tablespoons of flour and 1/2 baking powder.
Scoop out chicken balls,
press them between the palms, and roll them in flour, then in beaten eggs, then in breadcrumbs. Fry them in hot oil and remove them on a paper towel.
Serve boiled rice or risotto with the croquettes.
