Cauliflower soup

Cauliflower soup ingredients:

– ½ kg of cauliflower
– 2 cubes of butter
– 2 large spoons of flour
– 1 l of soup (water)
– 1 egg
– 1 sour cream
salt, pepper, garlic
parsley leaf
– a piece of gouda or similar cheese

Cauliflower soup preparation

Tear the cauliflower into small florets.
Lightly fry the flour in butter, pour the soup over it, add the cauliflower and cook.
Pour the egg beaten with cream into the boiled one. Let it boil once.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley and grated cheese to taste.
