Stuffed burger and bell pepper pie –

Stuffed burger required ingredients:

500 g of white meat,

finely chopped part of leek,

salt,

pepper,


2 cloves of garlic,

chopped parsley,


1 dl of sour water,


grated cheese,

chopped smoked bacon,

chopped mushrooms from a can,

cucumbers.

 

Preparation of stuffed burger:

Knead the dough from meat, onions, leeks, pickled water, pepper, salt and pepper. Let it stand for 1 hour in the freezer. Shape the patty a little thinner on the foil, then put mixed cheese with bacon and mushrooms or cucumbers on top. Put the second patty on top and join the ends well. Fry in butter!

 

Bell pepper pie

1 kg of peppers,
grated parmesan cheese,
some cheese to fill the peppers,
3 eggs,
sour cream,
some breadcrumbs.

Preparation:

Roast, peel and drain the peppers. Clean them from the seeds. Arrange the peppers that you filled with a slice of cheese and then rolled in grated Parmesan cheese in a well-greased fireproof zinnia. Beat the eggs with a mixer, add salt and a little baking powder. put the mixer aside and gradually mix with a ladle, then knead. Pour the mixture over the peppers and bake in the oven until nicely browned.
