Three shades of chocolate – 

Chocolate, chocolate, chocolate!


You need: 3 eggs, 7 tablespoons of sugar, 170 grams of cooking chocolate, 70 grams of butter, a tablespoon of soft flour, 500 grams of some cream cheese, 0.5 l of sweet cream, 100 grams of white chocolate, a bag of vanilla sugar, 100 grams of dark chocolate, 100 grams of milk chocolate.

Preparation: beat egg yolks with 5 spoons of sugar, then add 150 g of cooking chocolate, melted in steam with butter, as well as a spoon of flour. Beat the egg whites and gently mix them into the mass. Put oiled baking paper on the bottom of the oblong mold, pour the mass and bake for about 40 minutes at 180 degrees.

Beat the cheese with 2 tablespoons of sugar, add to the whipped cream and divide the mixture into three parts. Melt the white chocolate in steam, mix it with vanilla sugar and then with a part of the mixture.

Also melt the milk and dark chocolate in steam and combine with the other parts of the mixture. Line the mold so that the edge of the baking paper is slightly above the edge of the mold so that the cake can be easily removed. Put the crust in the mold, then the dark chocolate cream, the milk chocolate cream and finally the white chocolate.

Melt 20 g of cooking chocolate, decorate the cake and put it in the fridge to cool down.

Required ingredients: 1 kg of golden delicious apples. For the crust: 7 eggs, 140 g of sugar, 100 g of flour, 40 g of ground roasted hazelnuts, 30 g of grated chocolate. For the filling: 6 dcl of milk, 300 g of sugar, 30 g of ground walnuts, 200 g of ground roasted hazelnuts, 100 g of raisins, 0.05 dcl of rum, grated lemon peel, 2 bags of vanilla sugar. To finish the cake, you need 3 bags of vanilla whipped cream and 60 g of grated chocolate. How to prepare the cake: peel the apples, hollow out the middle with an austhecher and arrange them in a round dish or a rack in which the cake will be baked (grease the dish with oil and sprinkle with flour and place the apples next to each other until the dish is full). Boil milk, sugar and vanilla sugar. Soak raisins in rum. Mix hazelnut, walnut and lemon peel, then scald with boiled hot milk. Add raisins, mix the filling and use a teaspoon to fill the hollowed-out centers of the apples, until all the filling is used up. Then beat the crust. Beat egg whites with sugar, add egg yolks, flour, hazelnuts and chocolate. Pour the whipped mass over the sliced ​​apples, and then bake it all in the oven. Cool the baked cake, then turn it over (so that the crust is on the bottom side) and remove it from the pan. Whip the whipped cream and sprinkle the entire cake. At the end, sprinkle the cake with grated chocolate.
