Mushroom Cake

Mushroom Cake required ingredients: 6 eggs, 3 tablespoons of sour cream, 130 grams of flour;

For stuffing:
600 grams of mushrooms, a small head of onion, salt, pepper, 600 grams of dry cheese, 2 tablespoons of mustard, a glass of sour cream, a little grated cheese.

For coating and decoration: sour cream, cheese, mayonnaise

Mushroom Cake Preparation: Beat 6 egg yolks with 3 tablespoons of cream, add salt and 70 grams of flour. Add stiff egg whites and another 60 grams of flour. Pour into a greased tray and bake at 250 degrees Celsius until it is pale yellow in color.

Stuffing: finely chop the onion, add finely chopped mushrooms and simmer until all the water evaporates. Add salt and pepper to taste. When the mixture cools down, add cheese and mustard and mix everything carefully.

Fill the baked dough in the following way: first coat the baked crust with sour cream, then sprinkle with grated cheese, then the filling, then cheese again, then spread with a thin layer of sour cream and decorate the Mushroom Cake with mayonnaise.
