Minhenski gratinirani krompir

0,5 kg krompira – 100g suve slanine – 1 struk praziluka – 1 kašika maslaca – so – biber – 2 dcl bujona – 200g kisele pavlake – 50 g tvrdog izrendanog sira

Iseckajte slaninu na komadiće, a praziluk na kolutove. Propržite na maslacu slaninu i praziluk. Pospite praziluk i slaninu u posudu u koju ćete služiti. Oljušten i na tanke kolutove sečen krompir poređajte preko praziluka i slanine. Posolite i pobiberite, zalijte bujonom i pavlakom. Pospite sirom. Pecite 40 minuta na 200°C.
